Kristen Bostedo-Conway is a Marketing Executive in the Charlotte, NC area with more than 12 years of brand management, direct marketing, and digital media experience. Bostedo-Conway is the recipient of the 2011 eHealthcare Leadership Award for best, integrated marketing campaign and the 2007 Exhibitor All Star Award in addition to many other local and regional marketing and communication honors. She has written articles for the marketing trade publication Exhibitor Magazine, and recently co-authored (with Dr. John McArthur) a research study presented at the National Communication Association’s 2011 Convention in New Orleans, LA entitled: An exploration of the relationship between Twitter use and student perception of teacher behaviors. The research study has also been accepted for publication in the International Journal of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. Most recently, she also authored a chapter in Community 2.0 – At the intersection of digital media and information design available on Amazon.

Jeff King, is ever cognizant of the impact that communication has on professional and interpersonal relationships. Jeff believes the cornerstone to career success is cemented in the ability to effectively communicate among all members of an organization with confidence, clarity, and sensitivity.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has more than a decade of award winning experience in leading diverse teams in retail, communication, and nonprofit industries. Additionally, Jeff co-authored a study on the effects of digital media on non-verbal immediacy among targeted groups that is awaiting publication in a peer reviewed professional communications journal. Jeff is currently earning his Master’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in digital communication and strategies from Queens University of Charlotte.
